Crescent Homes Expands to Nashville
Crescent Homes is expanding our signature lowcountry style to Tennessee. Maintaining our reputation for thoughtful, innovative and timeless designs, we are proud to announce our first community in the Nashville area: The Estates at Primm Springs. Conveniently located 30 minutes from the Nashville airport and 40 minutes from downtown Nashville, Primm Springs boasts the same premium features that Crescent Homes is known for in the Charleston, South Carolina market, such as welcoming streetscapes, rocking chair front porches, gourmet kitchen options, custom trim details, hardwoods, granite, tiled wet areas, entertainer’s layouts and large secondary bedrooms. We continue to raise the standards on new home construction while spreading the southern style of Charleston living.
Located in charming North Murfreesboro, Primm Springs is a slice of the lowcountry within Rutherford county. Within the neighborhood, sidewalks line the streets and there is a communal playground for families. For active home owners, there are ample walking trails throughout the property.
