We offer a mix of master down, ranch and two story plans. Once you select a plan, you can customize it to fit your needs and lifestyle.

You know where you want to live.

If you know the neighborhood, area or island where you want to live in Charleston, you have the option to partner with one of our preferred realtors to find the perfect property for your new home. Once your chosen lot clears our building requirements, Crescent Homes will purchase the homesite for you, so you can skip procuring a construction loan and will only have one closing at the completion of your home.

You want to stick to a budget and time-frame.

With a typical new construction home, costs and deadlines can fluctuate and skyrocket at any given moment. With a Crescent Homes Flex home, you will be assigned a Flex representative to guide you through the entire homebuilding process.
