Charleston’s Charming Sister Town
History, charm and fine southern hospitality have long defined Summerville, South Carolina, but the quiet town is quickly becoming a top destination for visitors and new residents. Having a successful balance of preservation and innovation has opened the doors for new restaurants and shops, while the vibe remains friendly and welcoming. There are many beautiful parks and hiking trails around the city. With the beaches, cuisine, industry and arts of Charleston a mere 25 miles away, Summerville is an oasis for nature-lovers in search of a wholesome community and beautiful home without losing the amenities of a bigger city.

Currently, the average age for residents is in the mid-30s.
